The content of this master’s thesis is the design of a competitive business strategy with the support of ICT for a new Café concept. The proposal is based on an analysis of competition, general and industry environment. The proposal itself can be divided into two parts. The first part deals with the design of a strategic framework for business. The second part presents a proposal and recommendations for the implementation of an information system. The work also includes financial evaluation and opportunities for future growth.
