This master thesis focuses on the proposal of marketing stratégy of product, which is gypsum based self leveling compound produced by Sika CZ, s.r.o. Based on theoretical knowledge analysis chosen strategy and current customers experiences. Designs the proposal of marketing startegy. Outcome of this thesis are relevant proposals for its improvement.
