La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una justificación y análisis acerca del proyecto empresarial “NURSES AT HOME” empresa para el cuidado de salud para el adulto mayor, analizaremos aspectos como el entorno, mercado meta, todo el sistema operativo y financiero de la empresa. Asimismo, destacamos la importancia de elaborar este plan de negocios para tener excelentes probabilidades de éxito en la empresa y que nos permita incorporar la innovación en todos los procesos diseñados.
Contaremos con un local administrativo ubicado en San Borja, donde podremos atender a nuestro público objetivo de las zonas 6, 7 y 8 de Lima metropolitana del Nivel socioeconómico A, B y C.
Nuestro proyecto contará con una página web que será el lazo de comunicación entre nuestros clientes y nuestros servicios y la captación de técnicas enfermeras. Las técnicas de enfermería que brindarán el servicio serán personas profesionales y con vocación el cual se les pagará el 65% del servicio contratado. Contaremos con 3 tipos de servicios donde los precios van desde 60 a 120 soles.
Según las proyecciones realizadas, iniciamos con una inversión de 31,714 soles, donde en el primer año se obtendría una utilidad de 9,787 soles, en el tercer año 22,640 soles, y 51,082 soles para el quinto año. / The objective of this project is to make a justification and analysis about our business project "NURSES AT HOME", a company for health care of the elder people, we will analyze aspects such as the environment, target market, the operating and financial system of the company. Additionally, we will highlight the importance of preparing this business plan in order to have an excellent chance of a successful company and to allow us to incorporate innovation into all designed processes.
We will have an administrative office located in San Borja, where we will be able to attend our target clients of zones 6, 7 and 8 of Lima Metropolitana from socioeconomic level A, B and C.
Our project will have a web page which will be the link communication between our clients and our services and the recruitment of technical nurses as well. The technical nurses providing the service will be professional and vocational people who will be paid 65% of the contracted service. We will have 3 types of services where prices range are from 60 to 120 soles.
