Previous issue date: 2016-06-27 / This study is the result of the research developed in the Master's Education Program from the University of West Paulista , which is inserted in theresearch line" Pedagogical Training and Teaching Practice of the Teaching Professional ".
It presents as a general objective to identify and analyze how the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and its resources can be articulated to the pedagogical practices of the teachers who work in the higher education, in the nursing course understanding how the work with this environment contributes to the re-signification of the teachers’ practices and knowledges, aiming to critical-reflexive training of the students. The research took on a qualitative approach ofthecase study. The participants of the research were acting teachers in the nursing course from a private Higher Education Institution of PresidentePrudente / SP and that use the AVA in their disciplines. As instruments for data collection were used: the semi-structured interview and the questionnaire. The interview data were organized and analyzed, through the Collective Subject Speech (CSS). From this, the main results showed the possibility of understanding how the pedagogical practices can be re-signified, from the moment that technological resources , especially virtual environments, are inserted in the classroom , indicating, still, that new teaching knowledges are necessary for this new teacher performance perspective in higher education scope. / O presente estudo é resultado da pesquisa desenvolvida no Programa de Mestrado em Educação da Universidade do Oeste Paulista, que se insere na linha de pesquisa “Formação e Prática Pedagógica do Profissional Docente”. Apresenta como objetivo geral identificar e analisar como o Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA) e seus recursos podem ser articulados às práticas pedagógicas dos professores que atuam no ensino superior, no curso de Enfermagem, compreendendo de que maneira a atuação com esse ambiente contribui para a ressignificação de práticas e saberes docentes, visando à formação crítico-reflexiva dos estudantes. A pesquisa assumiu uma abordagem qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 12 docentes atuantes no curso de Enfermagem de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior privada de Presidente Prudente/SP e que utilizam o AVA em suas disciplinas. Como instrumentos para obtenção dos dados foram utilizados: a entrevista semiestruturada e o questionário. Os dados da entrevista foram organizados e analisados, por meio do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). A partir disso, os principais resultados evidenciaram a possibilidade de se compreender como as práticas pedagógicas podem ser ressignificadas, a partir do momento em que recursos tecnológicos, especialmente os ambientes virtuais, são inseridos em sala de aula, indicando, ainda, que novos saberes docentes são necessários para essa nova perspectiva de atuação dos professores no âmbito do ensino superior.
