Previous issue date: 2018-06-08 / Currently, hemodialysis is renal replacement therapy that has the highest rate of emergency adherence for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. However, the patient should be submitted to the creation of a long-lasting vascular access for maintenance and continuity of this process. From the surgical point of view, this public has a systemic commitment and requires different behaviors. In this sense, a technological device of the checklist type was constructed to follow up chronic renal patients in the confection of the arteriovenous fistula. Methodological study, developed in two stages: integrative review and validation process by content judges. An integrative review was carried out with the purpose of a theoretical basis for the elaboration phase, being divided into seven items and fifty-seven sub-items that composed the checklist: identification data, check in at the clinic, sign in pre-anesthesia check , sign in pre-incision surgical check, check out post-surgical check-up, check-out observation room and final observations / interventions. The artifact was evaluated by nine judges, health professionals, specialists in the field of nephrology and vascular surgery, who evaluated and judged all items. In all subitems, the technology obtained a Content Validity Index (IVC) higher than 0.88 in both the individual evaluation of the Level Content Validity Index (I-CVI) and the S-CVI / AVE (Scale-Level Content Validity Index, Average Calculation Method). The checklist for follow-up of chronic renal patients in the preparation of the arteriovenous fistula, developed and validated to promote the patient's health, guaranteeing a safe, harmless surgery. The evaluation process included a multiprofessional team related to nephrology and content specialists, statistically demonstrating that the construct is relevant and presents itself as a useful tool for health promotion. / Atualmente, a hemodiálise é a terapia renal substitutiva que tem o maior índice de adesão emergencial para o tratamento da doença renal crônica. Entretanto, o paciente deverá ser submetido para a confecção de um acesso vascular pérvio, de longa duração para manutenção e continuidade deste processo. Do ponto de vista cirúrgico esse público possui um comprometimento sistêmico e requerem condutas diferenciadas. Nesse sentindo foi construído um artefato tecnológico do tipo checklist para acompanhamento de pacientes renal crônico na confecção da fístula arteriovenosa. Estudo metodológico, desenvolvido em duas etapas: revisão integrativa e processo de validação por juízes do conteúdo. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa com a finalidade de um embasamento teórico para a fase de elaboração, sendo dividido em sete itens e cinquenta e sete subitens que compuseram o checklist: dados de identificação, check in entrada na clínica, sign in checagem pré-anestesia, sign in checagem pré-incisão cirúrgica, check out checagem pós-cirúrgica, check out sala de observação e por final observações/ intervenções. O checklist passou pela avaliação de nove juízes, profissionais da saúde, especialistas na área de nefrologia e cirurgia vascular, os quais avaliaram e julgaram todos os itens. Em todos os subitens a tecnologia obteve IVC (Content Validity Index) superior a 0,88 tanto na avaliação individual dos quesitos I-CVI (Level Content Validity Index) como na avaliação geral S-CVI/AVE (Scale-Level Content Validity Index, Average Calculation Method). O checklist para acompanhamento de pacientes renais crônicos na confecção da fístula arteriovenosa elaborado e validado para promoção da saúde do paciente garantindo uma cirurgia segura, livre de danos. O processo de avaliação incluiu uma equipe multiprofissional relacionada à nefroogia e especialistas em conteúdo, demonstrando estatisticamente que o constructo é relevante e se apresenta como uma ferramenta útil para promoção da saúde
