La integración de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) a inicios del 2020 se han visto utilizadas con mayor frecuencia en la educación superior del Perú. Este aceleramiento ha sido causado por la pandemia del COVID-19 en el país. Por lo cual, ha permitido facilitar la comunicación y percepción de la información entre docente y discente. Ahora, existen diversas herramientas que ayudan a los usuarios a ser autónomos y aprender de manera sincrónica y asincrónica. Es por ello, que esta investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar los modos de interacción entre docente y discente mediados por las TIC en el curso de Empresas Audiovisuales y Gestión Cultural en la carrera de Comunicación Audiovisual y Medios Interactivos de la UPC. La metodología empleada es el paradigma interpretativo y enfoque cualitativo. Para la presente investigación se contó con la participación de un grupo de docentes de la UPC y un grupo de expertos relacionados a la integración de las TIC en educación superior. También se tomó como muestra a un grupo de estudiantes para comprender cómo emplean las TIC a lo largo de sus estudios. A la muestra mencionada se le realizará entrevistas y observación participante de forma digital para enriquecer el estudio y obtener un acercamiento a la realidad que viven los alumnos como los docentes. / The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in early 2020 have been used more frequently in higher education in Peru. This acceleration has been created by the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Therefore, it has facilitated communication and perception of information between teacher and student. Now, there are various tools that help users to be autonomous and learn synchronously and asynchronously. That is why this research aims to analyze the modes of interaction between teacher and student mediated by ICT in the Audiovisual Business and Cultural Management course in the Audiovisual Communication and Interactive Media career at the UPC. The methodology used is the interpretive paradigm and qualitative approach. For this research, a group of teachers from the UPC and a group of experts related to the integration of ICT in higher education participated. A group of students was also sampled to understand how they use ICT throughout their studies. The aforementioned sample will be given presentations and participant observation in a digital way to enrich the study and obtain an approach to the reality that students and teachers experience. / Trabajo de investigación
