Work "Comparison of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation" I focused on the penetration of Czech companies to the Russian market. In the theoretical part I concentrated on three main themes. INCOTERMS 2010, and theirs changes. Furthermore, the forms of penetration on foreign markets. The third part of my theory is focused on promoting of businesses in the penetration by state institutions. Conclusion of The theory I focused on the evaluation of the Russian territory. Application section I have divided into two parts. The first part assesses the survey, I have focused on business conditions in Russia. The second part I have focused on the process of penetrating of company VIADRUS on the Russian market of heating technology. Finally, I summarized the recommendations for penetration on the Russian market.
