Diploma thesis is focusing on the ever-evolving approach in the field of tourism and wine market called wine tourism and defining of the offer of wine tourism, which is increasingly developing in wine producing countries. Traditional wine-growing countries have begun to lose ground in favor of the so-called New World countries (e.g. Chile). Therefore, the work will introduce three wine-growing countries from both wine-growing worlds and will focus on their situation, offer and further development of wine tourism in selected regions. The aim of the writing is to present, compare and analyze the level and situation of wine tourism in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Chile through field research. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews in each country. Similar problems were identified in these regions, such as deficient of tourist interest, unsatisfactory language skills or lack of accommodation. All researched regions should better utilize their attractive locations in the region to attract more tourists. The results of the research present an insight into the area of this type of tourism in individual regions of the countries.
