Untersucht wurde die Veränderung der Schallleitungskomponente von einmal und mehrfach operierten Ohren. Einmal Operierte hörten signifikant besser als mehrfach operierte Ohren. Ohren mit Tympanoplastik Typ I hörten signifikant besser als Ohren mit Tympanoplastik Typ III/PORP und diese wiederum besser als Tympanoplastik Typ III/TORP. Bei Ohren mit Stapedektomie lag die Revisionsrate bei 1 %, der Hörgewinn bei über 20 dB. Ausschließlich in Würzburg operierte Ohren hörten signifikant besser als alio loco voroperierte Ohren und erreichten einen größeren Hörgewinn. / The change of the air-bone gap was examined by ears operated several times and once.
