Protonuotų ir neprotonuotų deimantų optinių ir struktūrinių savybių tyrimai taikant skirtingus metodus. NV defektų analizavimas, deimantų laidumo tyrimai. Aptiktų defektų pritaikymas kvantiniams duomenų apdorojimams. / In this work I trying describe, nitrogen – vacancy (NV) defects in different types of diamonds and how protonation changing the structural properties of diamond. How carbon onion like centers in diamond after irradiation by protons changed the conductivity of samples. The optical and spin relaxation properties of these samples were characterized using optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance. Also I try to explain how we can use NV defects for creation of qubit, the data for quantum computing ant quantum computers.
