If the analysis of financial capital and finance has been increasingly recurrent in studies and
research aiming to understand the setup and operation of capitalism in the contemporary, the
theory of a "system of financial accumulation predominantly" is very symbolic and expressive
as refers to the analysis of this nature. The identification of such a theoretical contribution
derived the following question: there are, in theory of a "regime of accumulation
predominantly financial, theoretical and methodological implications and practices? Given the
problem, the assumption was reflected in the assertion that yes, that this theory involves
implications of both theoretical and methodological nature as practice - especially when it
comes to processes of capitalist accumulation and recovery under way - and that, therefore,
became necessary to identify such implications from the exposure and critical problem of
theorizing addressed. This time, the systematic investigation in landmarks of this dissertation
is to be critical in the effort to apprehend the theory of a "regime of accumulation
predominantly financial" in the context of their dilemmas and implications, this exercise here
deemed essential to better understand economic processes, political and ideological through
which the reality has been formed. / Se a análise do capital financeiro e da finança tem sido cada vez mais recorrente nos estudos e
pesquisas que objetivam compreender a configuração e o funcionamento do capitalismo na
contemporaneidade, a teoria de um regime de acumulação predominantemente financeira é
bastante emblemática e expressiva no que se refere a análises desta natureza. Da identificação
de tal contribuição teórica derivou a seguinte questão: há, na teorização de um regime de
acumulação predominantemente financeira , implicações teórico-metodológicas e práticas?
Posto o problema, a hipótese foi consubstanciada na assertiva de que sim, de que tal teoria
comporta implicações tanto de natureza teórico-metodológica quanto práticas sobretudo no
que concerne aos processos de acumulação e valorização capitalistas em curso , e que,
assim sendo, necessário se tornava identificar tais implicações a partir da exposição e
problematização crítica da teorização abordada. Desta feita, a investigação sistematizada nos
marcos desta dissertação constitui-se no esforço crítico para apreender a teoria de um regime
de acumulação predominantemente financeira no contexto de seus dilemas e implicações,
exercício este aqui julgado como imprescindível para melhor compreender os processos
econômicos, políticos e ideológicos mediante os quais a realidade vem sendo constituída.
