This thesis deals with employee motivation and satisfaction in the selected company. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, various theories and describes some practical approaches to improving employee motivation and satisfaction. Analytical section describes the environment in which the business is located, then analyzes and evaluates the data. The proposal part contains specific opportunities for improvement which are based on the previous parts.
