The aim of this thesis is to identify the satisfaction of medical staff with provided employee benefits through written questioning. Tax impacts of employee's benefits are outlined and analysis of dependence of selected qualitive characters is performed in the thesis as well. Based on detected informations, the current situation is assessesed and changes which can lead to an increase in employee's satisfaction, as well as to an improvement of the system of benefit provision, are proposed.
