Společenská odpovědnost organizací / Corporate Social Responsibility

This thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility of three organizations which are Penny Market, Kaufland and Lidl (Czech republic). The theoretical part deals with historical development of the concept, defining the term of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) including three pillars and its characteristics. It also deals with stakeholders, arguments for acceptance and against acceptance, benefits, describes implementation of the concept and evaluation of social responsibility. In own part of the thesis are analyzed the concepts of three organizations and then concepts are compared and evaluated. Further continues questionnaire survey and the final part of thesis is synthesis of all knowledges from comparison and the results of the questionnaire. From synthesis are proposed recommendations to improve the concept of the selected company Lidl. Based on the findings Lidl has one of the lowest number of diverse activities.
