The complete thesis in print form is available from the University Library. / The aim of this study was to develop a transgenic strategy for a facilitated modifier mutation screening in zebrafish. This system represents a potentially powerful method that could be used to study the genetic interactions involved in developmental processes in a vertebrate animal.
