Besides that, it analyses its implications in regard of the law of costs and which procedural alternative is most advantageous for the plaintiff. Furthermore it deals with the dogmatic and systematic integrity of Sec. 269 Para. 3 Sentence 3 Civil Process Order (Zivilprozessordnung).
