The diploma thesis focuses on build a real business plan for a newly established company providing services. Specifies all the important criteria, that must be taken into account when establishing a new business. The business plan is a result of research based on market analysis and competition, potential customers and marketing research. The financial plan provides important information of the financial development of company and it is an important part of this thesis.
