El presente proyecto de investigación emplea dos métodos con la finalidad de diagnosticar el riesgo y comportamiento sísmico, en viviendas construidas de manera informal dentro del asentamiento humano San José, situado en el distrito de San Martin de Porres, ciudad de Lima. Estos procedimientos se aplicaron a una muestra de 07 edificaciones caracterizadas por usar el mismo sistema constructivo, albañilería confinada.
La primera metodología utilizada es de enfoque cualitativo, elaborada en campo mediante fichas de encuesta, que describen las características estructurales, arquitectónicas y procesos constructivos. Seguidamente, en gabinete se desarrolló en función a la densidad de muros y muros al volteo, la estimación de la vulnerabilidad, peligro y riesgo sísmico de las viviendas seleccionadas. La siguiente metodología presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, analiza el comportamiento sísmico mediante el software Etabs 2016, calculando la fuerza cortante basal, desplazamientos del centro de masa y desplazamientos relativos de entrepiso, acorde al Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones (RNE).
Los resultados alcanzados al aplicar estos procedimientos, permiten determinar el nivel existente de vulnerabilidad sísmica en estructuras, que se encuentran comprometidas frente a la presencia de un sismo, incrementando su fragilidad debido a que nuestra región se encuentra dentro de una zona de alta sismicidad.
Finalmente, se proponen recomendaciones con el propósito de disminuir la construcción de edificaciones sin asesoramiento a cargo de ingenieros especialistas y fomentar una política de viviendas seguras en asentamientos humanos. / The present project of the investigation apply’s two methodologies with the objective to diagnose the risk and behavior of an earthquake, in houses constructed inadequately in high poverty areas such as in San José, situated in the district of San Martin de Porres, City of Lima. These procedures were applied to a sample of 07 structures characterized for using the same constructive system.
The first methodology used is focused on qualitative aspects of a structures, elaborating in fields as inquested, describes the structural and architectural character and process information. Secondly, in office, it has was been developed that the function of density in wall and in wall rotation, the estimations of the seismic vulnerability, dangers and risk of selected buildings. The second methodology presents a focus on the qualitative analysis of the seismic behavior using software Etabs 2016, calculating the strength of the displacement of the mass in the center and displacement relative to the mezzanine according to the National Regulations of Infrastructures.
The results of achieving these procedures allows to predetermine the level of seismic vulnerability in structures, that find themselves involved in the presence of an earthquake incrementing their fragility due to the fact that our region is in the zone of high seismicity. Finally, we propose recommendations with the objective to decrease the possibilities of compromised structural buildings, leaving in charge specialist engineer to encourage the policy of safe infrastructures in humane settlements. / Tesis
