This master´s thesis deals with analysis of processes in company and then with selection of information system for this company. First part is aimed to theoretical basis which will be needed for understanding our problem. Next part of thesis contains analysis of current situation of the company and analysis of processes of the company. Based on these analyses there are defined requirements for the selection of a new information system. Then is made an actual selection of the information system.
