La presente tesis está relacionada al desarrollo de las competencias 17 y 18 del área
de Personal Social. Teniendo en cuenta ello, su principal objetivo es analizar el nivel
de desarrollo de dichas competencias producto de la implementación de los recursos
TIC en el área de Personal Social de los estudiantes de IV ciclo del nivel primaria.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se dividió el estudio en tres partes, la primera
relacionada al marco de la investigación, donde se consideraron bases de datos en
inglés y español; así también, se consultaron repositorios de diferentes universidades
del mundo para recolectar investigaciones sobre dicho tema. La segunda parte se
relaciona al marco metodológico de la investigación, en ese sentido, la presente tesis
responde a un enfoque mixto de tipo descriptivo. Por último, la tercera parte de esta
investigación se centra en el análisis y la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos
producto de la aplicación de los instrumentos seleccionados. En base a ellos, se
identificaron una serie de beneficios que dichos recursos TIC permiten, entre ellos,
desarrollar clases más dinámicas y la creación de pequeños laboratorios históricos y
geográficos donde los estudiantes podrán experimentar de manera vivencial
conocimientos usualmente teóricos. Sin embargo, es preciso mencionar, que en el
contexto peruano existe una gran brecha digital, la cual dificulta la implementación de
estos recursos en todas las instituciones educativas y por lo tanto impide la obtención
de dichos beneficios. / This thesis is related to the development of competencies 17 and 18 of the Social
Personnel area. Taking this into account, its main objective is to analyze the level of
development of said competencies as a result of the implementation of ICT resources
in the area of Social Personnel of students in the fourth cycle of primary level. Taking
into account the above, the study was divided into three parts, the first related to the
research framework, where databases in English and Spanish were considered;
Likewise, repositories from different universities around the world were consulted to
collect research on this topic. The second part is related to the methodological
framework of the research, in that sense, this thesis responds to a mixed descriptive
approach. Finally, the third part of this research focuses on the analysis and
interpretation of the results obtained from the application of the selected instruments.
Based on them, a series of benefits were identified that these ICT resources allow,
among them, developing more dynamic classes and the creation of small historical and
geographical laboratories where students can experience knowledge, usually
theoretical, in an experiential way. However, it is necessary to mention that in the
Peruvian context there is a great digital gap, which makes it difficult to implement these
resources in all educational institutions and therefore prevents the obtaining of these
benefits.
