<p>The report includes important concepts that they are in need of, irrespective if one is active in a tenant-owner home association or if the interest is big of taking up residence in a tenant-owner home. What can today's tenant-owner associations do in order to be equally attractive on the market over the time? Proposal measures are taken up on what can be done to the prevailing deficiencies, proposals that also can give a guidance and creativity in the daily work. All people who live in the tenant-owner home association is influenced more or less of which decisions the association take, and in order they will be influenced in the best way if all people in the tenant-owner home requires a big commitment of everyone as belong to the association.
