Previous issue date: 2015-08-28 / This study has as its theme the analysis of the impact of the use of restorative justice interventions of Social Work in Judiciary Brazilian. It is in an exploratory study of a qualitative nature and is based on the critical dialectical method. The investigation is to place the judiciary, specifically in the area of children and youth. Were used as study sources: documentary research in various documents relating to the profession and empirical research conducted through electronic questionnaires, where professionals of Social Services entered into this institutional context in the cities of Bethlehem / PA and Porto Alegre / RS recorded their contributions. The analysis procedures of the data were performed based on the theoretical reference Bardin, by Content Analysis. The results allow us to infer that the social workers know the proposal of Restorative Justice, but punctuate contradictions in use because, depending on how it is used, can either contribute to the guarantee of rights, as may also be levied and corroborate the reaffirmation of objetualizantes processes the subjects that are included in the working processes of the current justice system, hegemonic retributive, which captures even the work of social workers when inserting these work processes. It was found that the place of restorative justice in the professional exercise of social work is, however, conform in a nascent place, under construction, with the strong limiting its action hierarchical and conservative characteristics, still dominate the judiciary. It is said that this dialogue involving the judiciary, Social Services and Restorative Justice have been taking place over the ten years of implementation of Restorative Justice in Brazil and thus being built and strengthened, but still faces challenges of deepening in various fields of competence professional, including the production of knowledge of the area. / Este estudo tem como tema a an?lise das repercuss?es da utiliza??o da Justi?a Restaurativa nas interven??es do Servi?o Social no Poder Judici?rio Brasileiro. Constitui-se em um estudo explorat?rio de natureza qualitativa e baseia-se no m?todo dial?tico cr?tico. A investiga??o tem por lugar o Poder Judici?rio, especificamente na ?rea da Inf?ncia e da Juventude. Foram utilizados como fontes do estudo: pesquisa documental em diversos documentos relativos ? profiss?o e pesquisa emp?rica realizada atrav?s de question?rios eletr?nicos, onde os profissionais do Servi?o Social inseridos neste contexto institucional nas cidades de Bel?m/PA e de Porto Alegre/RS registraram suas contribui??es. Os procedimentos de an?lise dos dados foram realizados com base na refer?ncia te?rica de Bardin, atrav?s da An?lise de Conte?do. Os resultados obtidos permitem inferir que os Assistentes Sociais conhecem a proposta da Justi?a Restaurativa, mas pontuam contradi??es nesta utiliza??o, pois, dependendo de como for utilizada, tanto poder? contribuir na garantia de direitos, como tamb?m poder? incidir e corroborar com a reafirma??o dos processos objetualizantes dos sujeitos que s?o inclu?dos nos processos de trabalho do Sistema de Justi?a atual, hegemonicamente retributivo, o que captura, inclusive, o trabalho dos assistentes sociais ao se inserirem nestes processos de trabalho. Verificou-se que o lugar da Justi?a Restaurativa no Exerc?cio profissional do Servi?o Social existe, por?m, se conforma em um lugar ainda incipiente, em constru??o, tendo como fortes limitadores de sua a??o as caracter?sticas hier?rquicas e conservadoras, ainda dominantes do Poder Judici?rio. Cabe afirmar que este di?logo envolvendo o Poder Judici?rio, Servi?o Social e Justi?a Restaurativa v?m ocorrendo ao longo dos dez anos de implementa??o da Justi?a Restaurativa no Brasil e, desta forma, sendo constru?do e fortalecido, mas ainda enfrenta desafios de aprofundamento nos v?rios campos da compet?ncia profissional, inclusive na produ??o de conhecimentos da ?rea.
