Se ha determinado la idea de negocio enfocada en brindar un servicio de mantenimiento express, para el segmento de vehículos a gas natural que brindan el servicio de taxi. El objetivo principal de este plan de negocios es brindar un servicio rápido y eficiente de mantenimiento asegurando la calidad del servicio, y poder tener los vehículos de regreso a su operatividad en un corto tiempo.
Para este plan de negocio se ha determinado una estrategia genérica de liderazgo en costos, se ha definido el servicio maximizando la eficiencia de los procesos involucrados en el mantenimiento de los vehículos. Enfocándonos en brindar sólo los servicios más solicitados con procedimiento y tiempos estandarizados. Identificando claramente al cliente que se quiere satisfacer hombres y/o mujeres de 18 a 65 años propietarios o conductores de vehículos a GNV que usan sus vehículos como unidad productiva y valoran el tiempo de uso y/o producción del vehículo y que viven distritos cercanos al centro de la ciudad. / In this thesis it has been determined a business idea focused on providing an express maintenance service for the segment of natural gas vehicles that provide taxi service. The main objective of this business plan is to provide a fast and efficient maintenance service ensuring the quality of the service, and to be able to have the vehicles back to operation in a short period of time.
For this business plan a generic cost leadership strategy has been determined, the service has been defined maximizing the efficiency of the processes involved in themaintenance of the vehicles. Focusing on providing only the most requested services with standardized procedures and times. Clearly identifying the client to satisfy, either men or women from 18 to 65 years old, owners or drivers of NGV who use their vehicles as a productive unit and value the time of use and / or production of the vehicle and who live in nearby districts or city center. / Tesis
