Over time the biodigestion process came to be used to convert waste into energy and biogas, this process evolved through the necessity of viability and energetic optimization and conversion waste/gas and gas/methane. The efficiency is proportional to cell´s adaption of the substrate, but there are temperatures that force cells to improve efficiency. The work´s objective to simplify the system, finding the fundamental equations applying basic signals, observing the behavior (the efficiency) and doing regression of the system´s response. It was done simulations of the results and a bioreactor was assembled with a control system to compare the results with the simulation. The results matched and the proportion of methane increased as the temperature rise, until 51°C.
