This Master´s thesis describes the preparation of the business plan of business development for non-profit organization LIBERTÉ CZ. The thesis presents the theoretical background, which is used for determination and specify the basic terms used in the preparation of the business plan. Based on these theoretical knowledge is made a description and internal and external analysis of the organization. Follow – up is given for possible changes and described the future.
