Magister Commercii (Industrial Psychology) - MCom(IPS) / Turnover intention among non-academic staff at business schools has become a cause for concern. This can be attributed to inadequate professional development of non-academic staff, as well as the lack of comprehension of the true scope of the role of non-academic staff within the academic institutions.
