Theoretical part mainly deals with issues such as cannabis drugs, usage patterns, cannabis distribution patterns, drug market and school facilities system for the performance of residential care and protective upbringing. The research part first deals with research questions, methods of data creation, then with the help of data analysis are given the answers to research questions.
