Certifikace jako nástroj řízení kvality služeb

The thesis is focused on the issue of service quality and its management from the perspective of service providers. Certifications in tourism are discussed as a possible instrument of service quality management. The main objective is to formulate a recommendation for the development of certification Cyclist Welcome which is focused on meeting the specific requirements of cyclists. Using the primary research in the form of questionnaire are analysed the main benefits of service providers who are involved in mentioned certification and more context determining satisfaction of these certified subjects.
