Previous issue date: 2018-02-08 / The work consists in a study about the concept of smart cities by emphasizing the processes of developing cooperative urban technology and inclusive city management represented by the main studied cases the MobiLab and Fab Lab Livre SP Network. The choices of those two research objects relies on the will to understand the emergency of theses public policies that enables the developing of intelligence allowing a popular network to be held responsible to encourage the involvement during the current stage. The research deployed quantitative and qualitative methods as case study methodology, exploratory and semi-structured interview, participant observation and database analysis. In order to gather enough data to support the analysis the research was structure through interviews with the users and other important players, semi structured questionnaire with MobiLab Users and data analysis from management system database from Fab Lab Livre SP. Those data were the groundwork for the statistics that shaped the appraisal to the cases studied. / O presente trabalho consiste na análise do conceito de cidade inteligente com foco em processos de produção de tecnologias urbanas colaborativas e gestão participativa da cidade tendo como principais modelos o MobiLab e a Rede de Fab Lab Livre SP. A escolha dos dois objetos visou a compreender a emergência políticas públicas tendo as redes como agenciador das relações e das etapas de desenvolvimento. A pesquisa utilizou métodos quantitativos e qualitativos, como a metodologia de análise de estudo de caso, entrevistas exploratórias, semiestruturadas, observação participante e análise de banco de dados. Para isso, recorreuse a entrevistas com usuários e demais interlocutores, questionário semi-estruturado para o público do MobiLab e análise das bases de dados do sistema gestor do Fab Lab Livre SP. Os dados coletados, embasaram as análises estatísticas que compõem a pesquisa e deram corpo a avaliação dos casos analisados.
