The content of the work will be a comparison of the processes implemented by the management of the school or educational establishment, purposefully and systematically to increase the efficiency of the education of students, pupils or children, in connection with the passing of managerského studies on the CŠM. In its theoretical part describes the work of management education in General with a focus on managerial functions, through whichmanagement affects the effectiveness of the training. In the research section of this workdeals with the specific processes in the management of a wide range of schools and assesses their potential impact on the results of the training.
