Micro e Pequenas Empresas estão sendo com freqüência mal gerenciadas, pois não planejam nem controlam seus negócios, e não possuem uma base mínima de informação para trabalhar com eficiência e eficácia. As informações obtidas por meio da contabilidade habitual não fornecem dados suficientes para tomadas de decisões relativas a todas as áreas da organização, pois demonstram números globais relativos apenas ao que já aconteceu. O estudo sistematiza as informações de natureza financeira e gerencial que contribuem para o planejamento, controle e execução das atividades dessas micro e pequenas empresas. Igualmente, mostra os registros e relatórios operacionais e gerenciais inerentes às diversas áreas da organização, que a ajudam promover o seu crescimento de forma integrada, continua e sustentada. Assim sendo, o trabalho inicia-se pela revisão da literatura destacando o conceito, classificação importância da micro e pequena empresa. Mostra as fases do ciclo de vida das organizações segundo o modelo de Adizes. Explica o significado de gestão contábil. Descreve o conceito de tomada de decisão para o processo de planejamento, controle e execução das atividades da micro e pequena empresa. Aborda a definição de informação contábil bem como os relatórios gerados pela contabilidade. Explicita como a informática contribui para o seu processo de gestão por meio de softwares específicos e utilitários. Sistematiza as informações inerentes às duas primeiras fases do ciclo de vida de Adizes, quais sejam: infância e toca-toca. Finalmente, apresenta um estudo de casos múltiplos, sendo um para micro empresa e outro para pequena empresa. Tendo identificado e sistematizado as informações utilizadas nas primeiras fases de ciclo de vida das organizações , conclui enfatizando sua relevância para o sistema de informação contábil paras as micro e pequenas empresas.
This work has for objective to propose a system of accounting information for the administration of the personal computer and small framed companies in the simple, vital for the management of the business, because and difficult manager an organization without knowing the minimum on system of information. Personal computer and Small Companies are being frequently badly manages, because they don't drift nor they control its business, because they don't possess a minimum base of information to work with efficiency and effectiveness. The information obtained through the habitual accounting don't supply enough data for takings of relative decisions to all the areas of the organization, because they just demonstrate relative global numbers to the that already happened. The study systematizes the information of financial and managerial nature that contribute to the planning, control and execution of the activities of those personal computer and small companies. Equally, it shows the registrations and operational reports and inherent managements to the several areas of the organization, that help to promote its growth in an integrated way, it continues and sustained. Like this being, the work begins for the revision of the literature highlighting the concept, classification importance of the personal computer and small company. It shows the phases of the cycle of life of the organizations according to the model of Adizes. It explains the meaning of accounting administration. It describes the concept of taking of decision for the planning process, control and execution of the activities of the personal computer and small company. It approaches the definition of accounting information as well as the reports generated by the accounting. Explicit as the computer science it contributes to its administration process by means of specific and utilitarian softwares. It systematizes the inherent information to the first two phases of the cycle of life of Adizes, which are: childhood and he/she play-plays. Finally, it presents a study of multiple cases, being one for personal computer company and another for small company. Having identified and systematized the information used in the first phases of cycle of life of the organizations, it concludes emphasizing its relevance for the system of accounting information you stop them personal computer and small companies.
