The research section offers the analysis of how amateur footage is used by two TV stations, Česká televize and Prima television. By using a quantitative content analysis and a standardized survey, the thesis analyses individual types and sources of amateur footage, which are used in both TV stations. The methodological section is there to help us understand the realization of the research. The section includes a part where research questions are asked and the hypothesis is formulated. The conclusion then answers these questions and summarizes the knowledge gained from the research.
