The aim of this thesis is identification of importance to factors of destination quaility in the context of dimensions of quality. The part of this thesis is primary research, which helps to get informations about importance of factors. The most important factor of quality is safety in the destination. For creating dimensions of quality are used cluster analysis and factor analysis.
