The aim of thesis was to analyze the symptoms of estrus in conceived cows after different numbers of insemination in 2014-2016. The observation was performer on 336 cows of Holstein breed. A significant increase of step activity and ratio between activity and lying time. In the other way reducing the total lying time, the length of the one lie and the number of laps during the day. There were no significant changes in the number of passages between the feed and water chute. The results show deeper requirement researching this issue.
