This diploma thesis deals with economic subjects involved in providing services of technical advisors for shipbuilding. The aim of this work is an optimization of the main processes and creation of a process map based on these processes on research basis. Next outcomes are design of a data structure which supports the main processes and process measurement setup by identifying KPI (Key Performance Indicators). All this will be done with using appropriate modelling programs and models exploited in process management.
