近年來,台灣金融業在金控合併後之競爭越來越激烈,百家爭鳴的結果,卻模糊了消費者對於理財的焦點---金融業務的『便利性、簡單化』。本研究提供一個全新型態的個人金融服務---「Direct Banking」---來說明未來個人金融業務,其經營模型之可行性,並以滙豐銀行為例,探討其如何突破分行極少的限制,在短短一年內就由於這個機制使得新增客戶突破10萬戶以上,且上市半年後的存款餘額成長6.5%。同時藉由Direct Banking的發展,提出未來兩岸三地之個人金融業務應用方向,以達到跨國金融與創新金融的目的。透過問卷調查結果,本研究假設可以說是成立的。本研究主要貢獻,在於這是台灣金融市場第一篇以Direct Banking為主題的研究,其除了提出理論需求面以外,並且搭配實務相關經驗來做為支撐,以達到理論與實務結合的目的。 / In recent years, the competition after merger & acquisition in Taiwan’s finance industry is getting more and more intense, but it results that the issue which consumers just want to make their money bigger and easily make decisions is more and more fuzzy. The study provides an innovative tool which named [Direct Banking] about consumers’ finance and takes HSBC as example to understand how they work Direct Banking successfully. After doing questionnaire to analyze, the hypothesis is tenable. Finally, the contribution of study is that it is the first research which focuses on Direct Banking in Taiwan’s finance industry. The study not only provides the theoretical structure, but also uses support by HSBC, to mix the theoretical with the practical.
