Previous issue date: 2009 / The interests of an employee are not always similar the employer¿s ones. When this situation occurs, it generates conflicts. This study suggests that labor negotiation is the most adequate approach to come up with an agreement. In order to do so, this study explains the evolution of the labor and union institutions, how they are structured, their relevance in the negotiation and legal context.
