The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of footwear retail supply chain, which operates in Europe as well as in the USA. As the company is considered to be one of the greatest world retail footwear subject with the volume of the shoes sold about 280 millions, top management is well aware of the necessity to be concerned with the matters of logistics and optimalization of distribution channels.
