El presente estudio reporta las concepciones de un grupo de acompañantes pedagógicos (una mujer y cuatro hombres), pertenecientes al Programa de Educación Logros de Aprendizaje (PELA) en escuelas bilingües interculturales de comunidades Shipibo-Konibo ubicadas en la región Ucayali; todos pertenecen al pueblo Shipibo-Konibo y tienen entre 15 y 25 años de servicio en la docencia. Los resultados presentan las concepciones que mantienen los acompañantes sobre el proceso de acompañamiento y cómo caracterizan al docente acompañado. El estudio reporta también las dificultades que los profesores acompañantes perciben y que consideran elementos negativos que impiden el éxito del proceso. Estos resultados se discuten enfatizando el aporte que la psicología puede ofrecer para la mejora del proceso de acompañamiento docente, así como el rol de las estrategias psicopedagógicas para lograr el éxito de las políticas públicas en la formación de acompañantes. / This study reports the conceptions of a group of pedagogical mentors (1 woman and 4 men) belonging to the Education Program Logros de Aprendizaje (PELA) in intercultural bilingual schools at Shipibo-Konibo communities, in Ucayali region. These mentors are from Shipibo-Konibo communities and have around 15 and 25 years of experience in teaching. The results show the conceptions that keep the mentors about the process and how they characterized at the mentee teacher. This study also reports the difficulties perceived by the mentors and how this negative elements hinder the possibility of the process’s success. These results are discussed emphasizing the contribution of educational psychology, for example, what can be offer to improve the teaching process, and the role of the psycho-pedagogical strategies to achieve the success in the training of the mentors. / Tesis
