This thesis focuses on company´s draft of the motivation system of sales department, which provides comprehensive services in marketing. It contains an analysis of the existing incentive system in which methods were used depth interview and structured questionnaire. Based on the results of marketing research conducted to design solutions to improve customer satisfaction and motivation consultants.
