Previous issue date: 2007-12-13 / A presente pesquisa desenvolvida nos anos de 2006 a 2007, tem como objetivo compreender como se desenvolve o trabalho pedagógico dos docentes no processo de formação do Pedagogo em um curso de Pedagogia na modalidade EAD, oferecido em uma Universidade em Palmas – TO. Para tanto, buscará interpretar as características que permeiam a modalidade de formação do pedagogo a distância; analisar as concepções que norteiam a formação do pedagogo relacionadas a pedagogia e docência; analisar como coordenadores, professores e webtutores planejam, desenvolvem e avaliam o trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido; e analisar como os alunos percebem o processo ensino aprendizagem, vivenciado no âmbito do curso, na modalidade a distância. O percurso metodológico se pautou nos fundamentos da abordagem qualitativa, que propiciou a valorização das especificidades e características dos interlocutores, do pesquisador e do cenário do curso de Pedagogia a distância. Foi realizada observação participativa nos espaços da Universidade investigada, especificamente naqueles destinados às atividades de planejamento dos professores. As entrevistas semi-estruturadas foram realizadas com a coordenadora do curso, professores e webtutores, e para os alunos foi aplicado um questionário semi-estruturado na busca de ampliar as interpretações sobre como viam o trabalho pedagógico dos professores. A análise dos documentos permitiu aprofundar os fundamentos, concepções e processos que circundam o curso de Pedagogia e a modalidade EAD. A pesquisa contribuiu para uma visão mais crítica dos processos que circundam a formação do pedagogo a distância, bem como sobre o trabalho pedagógico enquanto espaço de reflexão e construção de uma prática educativa crítica e comprometida com o fortalecimento da formação docente. Nessa perspectiva, com o intuito de contribuir com fortalecimento do trabalho pedagógico, a pesquisa instigou o interesse em avançar o processo investigativo relacionados às fragilidades detectadas na investigação no que se refere aos processos de avaliação da aprendizagem a distância, o acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado e a elaboração participativa de um projeto político pedagógico de umb curso a distância. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The present research has as objective to understand as if it develops the pedagogical work of the professors in the process of formation of the Pedagogo in a course in modality EAD, offered in a University in Palms - TO. For in such a way, it will search to interpret the characteristics that in the distance permeiam the modality of formation of pedagogo; to analyze the conceptions that guide the formation of pedagogo related the pedagogia and docência; to analyze as coordinating, professors and webtutores plan, develop and evaluate the contextualizado pedagogical work in the course; e to analyze as the pupils perceives the process education learning, lived deeply in the scope of the course, in the modality in the distance. The metodológico passage if pautou in the beddings of the qualitative boarding, that propitiated the valuation of the especificidades and characteristics of the interlocutors, the researcher and the scene of the course of Pedagogia in the distance. Participativa comment in the spaces of the investigated University was carried through, specifically in those destined to the planning activities of the professors. The half-structuralized interviews had been carried through with the coordinator of the course, professors and webtutores, and for the pupils a questionnaire half-structuralized in the search was applied to extend the interpretations on as they saw the work pedagogical of the professors. The analysis of documents allowed to deepen the beddings, conceptions and processes that surround the course of Pedagogia and the modality of EAD. The research contributed for a more critical vision of the processes that surround the formation of pedagogo in the distance, as well as on the pedagogical work while space of reflection and construction of critical and compromised educative practical one with the fortalecimento of the teaching formation. In this perspective, with intention to contribute with the fortalecimento of the pedagogical work, the research instigated the interest in in the distance advancing the related investigativo process to the fragilities detected in the inquiry as for the processes of evaluation of the learning, the accompaniment of the supervised period of training and the participativa elaboration of a project pedagogical politician of a course in the distance
