The diploma thesis is focused on elaboration of a business plan for foundation of a private nursery school in Jihlava as a response to a market gap in providing nursery school services. At first the thesis summarizes the theoretical assumptions, then analyses all data needed for establishment and operating the nursery school as a limited liability company and finally designs the actual business model.
