The work deals with external and internal analysis, aimed at human resources. Due to the extent thesis was devoted to external analysis PEST analysis. Here are the factors that directly or indirectly may affect human resources in the enterprise. Internal analysis includes a description of physical, human, financial and intangible resources in the enterprise.
