Mazúrová, K. Generation Y behavior in Organic Food Market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2019. This master thesis studies behavior of Generation Y on organic food market. The main goal of thesis is to identify factors, motives and stimules, which leads to mentioned generation to purchase organic food and suggest recommendations based on primary and secondary research. Factors, motives and stimules were identified using the factor analysis. The practical part consists of analysis current situation on organic food market abroad and localy and analysis of primary research. In conclusion of the thesis there are improvement suggestions for subjects on organic food market and summarised results of the thesis.
