This diploma thesis is focused on formulation of a business plan for development of the company Jonckers Translation & Engineering, Ltd., which intends to open a new branch office in Ecuador. In this thesis the business proposal approach is applied. To accomplish the analytical part methods of external and internal environment analysis were used. The proposal is focused on formulation of a business plan.
