Antimicrobial activity of essentail oils against Fusarium oxysporum isolates and their biofilms.

Pharmaceutical Sciences Tshwane University of Technology 2013. / Aims of the present study was to evaluate the inhibitory activities of essential oils against Fusarium isolates and their corresponding biofilms. In this study, the chemical compositions of the oils were established using gas chromatography with both mass spectrometric and flame ionization detection, for identification and quantification, respectively.
