Stress and difficulty sleeping is something we have all experienced at some points in our lives, but is it that physical activity makes you stress less and sleep better? This study examined whether adlolescents experience that physical activity affects their sleep and stress levels. A quantitative study was conducted by questionnaires. The purpose was to investigate whether young people experience that physical activity affects their sleep and stress levels. There were 36 people aged 15-25 who participated in the study. The results showed that the young people experienced that physical activity reduces stress and provides better sleep. The conclusion was that physical activity affected the young people both physically and menatlly, which menas that they have more endurance when they are pshysically active.
