The author seeks to show the existence of legal vacuums that must be solved to improve the appliance of the this matter in our country. / En el presente artículo se hace un breve recuento de la normativa en materia de aportes reglamentarios. La autora busca demostrar que existen vacíos legales que deben ser resueltos en nuestro país para mejorar la aplicación de la figura materia de estudio.
