This is a report about accessibility. For this project the accessibility of a building in the city of Halmstad was evaluated. It´s a three storey building with five apartments on each floor divided by two stairwells. These five apartments have since been divided into three different types of apartments. Each type of apartment has been assessed separately. The building is from the fifties. To learn more about buildings from the nineteen fifties, a literature study has been done. The goal is to find out what is lacking when it comes to accessibility and how this can be improved. A literature study has been made about the needs of people with impaired mobility, sight and sense of direction. Terms of BBR were examined. The investigation shows that there are several shortcomings in the accessibility for all apartments. The shortcomings that in particular need to be addressed are the washrooms, kitchens and doors inside the apartments. Shortcomings in accessibility consist of the missing of elevators and the entrance is not handicap accessible. This report proposes solutions to these deficiencies in the apartments, stairwells and entrance. Since this building has no elevator and it is a necessity, three different examples that enable the installation of an elevator have been developed. Proposals for action at the entrance have been made. A measure proposed for each type of apartment has been developed. / I denna rapport utreds tillgängligheten i hus ett i området Gullhönan i Halmstad. Det är ett flerfamiljshus med tre våningar med fem lägenheter på varje våning fördelat på två trapphus. Dessa fem lägenheter har sen delats upp i tre olika typer av lägenheter. Varje lägenhetstyp har granskats separat.Byggnaden är från femtiotalet. För att få mer kunskap om byggnader från femtiotalet har en litteraturstudie gjorts.Målet med rapporten är att ta reda på vilka brister som finns när det kommer till tillgänglighet och hur detta kan förbättras. En litteraturstudie har gjorts om vilka behov som personer med nedsatt rörelseförmåga, syn och orienteringsförmåga har. Regler från BBR har granskats.Utredningen visar att det finns flera brister i tillgängligheten i samtliga lägenheter. De brister som framförallt behöver åtgärdas är hygienrum, kök och dörrar inne i lägenheterna. Brister i tillgängligheten utgörs av att det fattas hiss och att entrén inte är handikappanpassad. Denna rapport innehåller förslag på lösningar på dessa brister i lägenheter, trapphus och entré.Eftersom denna byggnad saknar hiss och detta är en nödvändighet har tre olika exempel som möjliggör installation av hiss har tagits fram. Förslag om åtgärder vid entrén har gjorts. Ett åtgärdsförslag för varje typ av lägenhet har tagits fram. Lösningarna har gjorts med tanke på att göra så små ingrepp i byggnaden som möjligt, följa lagkrav och ändå försöka utnyttja utrymmet göra trapphus, entré och hiss så rymliga som möjligt.
