This thesis analyzes the value chain of selected processors of wild mushrooms, focusing on the distribution path HORECA in selected regions. Specifically, the thesis concerns the comparison of buying and selling practices, operators of restaurants, guest houses and hotels with a restaurant in the city of Prague and Liberec.
